  Right on the gorgeous cowichan lake, a clean campsite with fair rules and warm clean showers.

  O.k. campground but loud people around us & poor service. Wanted to change our campsite to another one with a perfect view on the lake. Staff said that the spot was already booked but no one was there for our whole stay.

  I booked for four nights over the labour day long weekend but they only actually booked me for one and charged my card for the one $36.

  great beach. you can rent boat spots on the dock. washrooms were adequate, free showers. had a great time. the camping spots are not very private

  I don't want to rate this 5 stars because I don't want the secret out, but this is the best lakeside campground ever! Love it so much!

  Cant vouch since i didnt stay here the night or even come here, did opt for the free beach just off the hwy coming back from Tofino and Ucluelet though, dog friendly and very accessible, just park on the side of the road!

  When i cancelled and explained their mistake they only returned $14 ( they took the $22 cancellation fee even after their mistake and the fact that it was all done within 20 minutes of each other.)

  I love this campsite. It's in a wonderful location- close to the small town but far enough away to feel like you are away from it all.

  Even with how much I love the site I will no longer go there, my family will no longer go there and I no longer will refer people I meet, talk to or work with to go there. People shouldn't be treated like all they are is money for them. It's also an experience and uncle mine was ruined.
